     B.  Pay the camp fee of US$1,350 to Ahead Professional Network through BPI Family Bank ,
          6861-001995, Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, Philippines. You may use
          money transfer services like Western Union and the likes.

     C.  Fax your deposit slip to +63-426-0030.

     D.  Fill out the registration form.

     E.  Confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email address.
